The terms “WexExpress On-Demand,” “Via,” “Company,” “we,” and “us” includes Cadillac Wexford Transit Authority Multi-Modal Transportation System (“Cadillac Wexford Transit Authority”), Via Transportation, Inc., and our affiliates and subsidiaries.
