If you believe that you lost a personal item while riding on a WexExpress vehicle, you may call our customer service center at (231) 779-0123 during our regular hours of operation, Monday thru Friday, from 5 am - 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am-noon. You will need to give a complete description of the item you are looking for.
Please note:
WexExpress is not liable for any items left on WexExpress property.
We make every attempt to recover and return lost items to the rightful owner.
WexExpress will not keep food or other perishable items.
It may take up to 24 hours for your items to be found and be available for recovery.
We will discard any items not recovered within 30 days.
