Scheduling rides with the new WexExpress rider app is straightforward, providing you—the riders—with the same capabilities our dispatchers and schedulers use. Through the app, you can book a ride for 'now' during service hours, or set up transportation for a future date and time. The accompanying video demonstrates how to book a trip for a later date and time. Currently, it lacks voice-over and prompts; however, these enhancements are planned for the near future.

 

When looking to schedule a ride, you may be presented with a “No Seats Available”, or similar message. Changing the time by even 15 minutes may offer you ride results. Please reach out to CustomerService@wexexpress.us if you require any further assistance.
